What did you like most about the interview process?
First time in my life being interviewed by a company's CEO. The fact he took the time to get to know me and give me the chance to ask my own questions is very appreciated.

current environment is "the beatings will continue until morale improves" and CEO blames everything on employee's lack of skills on selling absurdly high pricing.
