My payroll is amazing....Closing a home loans is hard work and Geneva rewards me for my hard work!

Compensation, i wish we could get benefits from the start. I need them now. COBRA is too expensive.

I like to make a phone call and make a personal attempt to get to know my team. It matters!!!

I like the pay that I have the potential to earn, it requires me to do ME! It is scary as I as I begin as a commission only wage earner, however once I find my groove it will pay off for both of us!
