Ridiculous. They expect too much and pay nothing. Then they push products on us to push down on customers. Ridiculous!

We are being forced to push products to customers. It doesn't work! It is NOT our job to spend the customer's money! Customers get sick of hearing the same pitches about adding on products!

1. Quit demanding we sell ASAD and pro memberships - you can't force customers into buying anything and you should NOT! 2. quit putting performance evaluations on the Scoop - this is very degrading to the employee and it's used as a source of intimidation to scare people into keeping their jobs
