We get shipment every week and its almost impossible to do all the planograms and on-hand counts. Our raise was only 0.06 cents when gas is $3.99 that's 1/4 of every hour that i work there just to fill up my tank.

Our compensation is that we get $150 if we meet our monthly goals, but on our paychecks its still taxed and we should honestly get paid more for the amount of pros we get
