I have been here a couple of months and have already learned a ton even though I am pretty senior in my career. It is small enough that you aren't just a number. You can see the impact of the work you do. We are saving lives and making a difference.

I have learned a ton in my short time here (around 8 months). Growth at this stage of my career can sometimes be limited at bigger companies. You have to wait in line. Since we are smaller, they need your help and your experience. You are constantly learning

Everyone here is driven by the same mission. They want to detect cancer early. They hire people who are also invested in the mission and define clear goals so we can achieve our mission. They also care about us as employees.
