Long term employee and have been loyal. Company should provide fair pay to respect loyalty and ensure they are paying well compared to the competitors

Immediate leadership (manager) has taken feedback given to him and has worked on it and our relationship has drastically improved. Manager and his boss is very supportive about career development. However above that level there is no opinion as I notice a big disconnect among SLT and ELT n employees
