The leadership team is transparent and accessible - I enjoy the regular roundtables and that town halls are called when there are changes or updates that are important for GRAILers to learn.

I really enjoy that our team consists of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Each person brings a different perspective or insights around ways of working, it keeps the work interesting and fosters creativity, as people are encouraged to bring their unique ideas to make an impact.
