A variety of interesting work, a great team, and achieving our goal of detecting cancer early to save lives.

Compensation for me as always felt average at best. I know peers at other comparable companies making more money. GRAIL however does have a large upside given its market position.

The leadership team is visible and open to questions from the company. They are clear about goals and supportive of new initiatives. They have kept things very stable throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

GRAILers are the best. Some of the most caring, innovative, and friendly people you could ever meet. Everyone here is supportive of each other and there is always a great sense of camaraderie.
