Everyone is connected, and it's hard to find that at other companies. It's rare to have something in common with every single coworker, but our mission and dedication to early cancer detection bonds all of us in ways that are unique to GRAIL.

It's important that the leadership team take a pause to understand the impact that years of frequent change, leadership attrition, and pivoting priorities have had across GRAILers, especially those that have devoted years to working for this mission. Sometimes, it's too "full speed ahead".

I like the work that I do and the freedom that I'm given to do whatever is necessary to advance our mission and get things done to make it happen. There's a lot of freedom, innovation, and opportunity to do things differently, which I appreciate.

Having an unlimited time off policy really allows me to create the perfect work-life balance on my own terms. There's no anxiety about scheduling an appointment or taking a long weekend and I can truly take the time when I need it, which is an empowering benefit.

I enjoy the rough edges that come with a newer company that's making waves in an industry that's seen little to no advancement in decades. Getting to wear a lot of hats and take on cross-functional tasks and projects is really rewarding and allows me to create healthy challenges each day.
