It's a start-up, so one has to be flexible and understand things move quickly and we all have to wear many hats. People care and allow an open forum to express opinions and ideas! Great talent. Better alignment on goals and greater focus on key priorities will accelerate our success.

I joined because of the mission; really enjoyed all colleagues. Then greed surfaced. Egos grew. Clics /gossip developed. Unreasonable expectations were abound. Negativity developed. Undermining. All of this and leadership was/is aware and allowing it to happen. Not good.
