Grail is a start up company that has an outstanding product and great people at the top. We are just getting started and I am lucky to have been able to join so early. I want to ensure that this is the last place I work by continuing to develop my skills and grow into a leadership role here.

The diagnostic space has higher compensation plans in general.

They are very straight forward about the long and short range goals of the organization. Everyone has the same mission which makes what we do every day important.

The company equity is one of the main reasons I joined Grail. It makes me feel like I have a real stake in the company and I am invested.

We recently brought in a bunch of new people and their excitement and passion makes me excited. They are going to help take the company to a new level.

They are passionate about the mission and willing to listen to the employees to implement change if needed. There are challenges as a start-up but nothing outside of the norm.

They are passionate, willing to help, feel like we are all in this together. Everyone understands the mission and at times this doesn't feel like work. We are helping people and saving lives.

It is a diverse group of people who all have been successful in different parts of the healthcare space. We all have different ideas and are there to support each other. It is a strong group of talented sales individuals.

The product and our mission is the most positive part. Knowing we are part of something that is going to help change the cancer space is amazing. The company has great people that make it fun to do our jobs.

Everyone wants you to be successful. The culture is fast paced and has enough pressure to know you have to work hard every day to continue the mission. What we do impacts lives of everyone who we speak to. That makes this a very fun and challenging place to work.

Knowing the next door you walk in can actually make a difference and save a life. Being able to build a market with a brand new disruptive technology is exciting. Working for great leadership where everyone pulling the boat in the same direction makes me feel great to be part of something big.
