The leadership team is mission driven and (most of the time) leads by example.
Meetings getting cancelled. But seriously, interacting with people outside my own team is energizing and interesting.
They are committed to our mission, clearly care deeply about cancer patients, and communicate clearly and often about our corporate vision.
The company is very intentional about soliciting feedback/input from workers (though it is not always clear how it is received or implemented).
Working on complex projects with colleagues across different teams is really energizing, especially when we get to bring something to external partners/stakeholders and collaborate.
