I think that GSP is a little behind on employee retention overall. There has been quite a bit of turn over, and part of that is due to compensation and other opportunities that people see.

Each day is very different. I enjoy problem solving anything that may happen that day.

I think that the leadership team does a great job at recognizing the Customer Service team and the hard work that they do.

Looking at other companies outside of GSP, the pay is quite low here. I think that the salary increases are very difficult to achieve and are not matching the industry.
