I haven't been with the organization very long so I do not know the higher ups that well. As for my immediate supervisor, she is a great trainer, explains things very well and in a way so that you understand the process and why you are doing what you are doing.

I just received my insurance information in February and have only used the vision plan so far. I was happy with the service provider in-network that I chose and the overall experience with them was great. Next up will be Medical for my yearly physicals and Dental to address some issues there.
The bonus structure which allows for additional income opportunity based on profitability.
Pay does not meet the current rate of inflation. They said there would be a 401k contribution of 50% and that has yet to be seen. Health Benefits are very expensive, company should cover more of the cost.

I do not feel I am in the right role. I have a lot to offer and would like to be able to use my skills to further GSP's growth. Being in this role would eliminate the compensation issue.

I was led to believe I would not take a pay cut. The health insurance is almost twice as much as at my last job resulting in a 15k shortfall. I think that the bonus structure should be revised. I have worked incredibly hard to secure VM/RE projects so I don't think it is fair it isn't weighted like

The cost of living and housing has gone up, in some places significantly, and wages are not reassessed. Raises are only effective if employees are already receiving a living wage.

One coworker is extremely overbearing which makes me very uncomfortable. There was a situation early on that was addressed immediately and what I thought satisfactorily however, that individual in my perception has not consciously made the effort to change their approach when speaking with people.
We lack teamwork and communication. To improve we could have dept/team meetings. Work needs to be better delegated out. I think changes over the years have changed the integrity of the department.

Better account scheduling... Being busy 2-4 weeks every other month is painful. We are hired to do a full time job, but because of the crazy scheduling we are forced to take mandatory time off when it is slow. Not a very good business model.

Proper organization of client monthly's to diminish slow time that usually lasts a month and a half. Spreading out the clients orders throughout the month instead of the 1st two weeks of the month would help lessen the slow time mentioned.

I actually love the work I do and have excellent relationships with not only my AMs but also the clients. I may not agree with the company in many ways but I genuinely care about the success of the company. I will always do my best work for this company.

Management fairness for each employee needs to be modified. Some employees in my department are working from home without legitimate reason other than because they feel like it. And management is allowing it. This issue is unfair to loyal employees and is in need of resolving NOW.
