Better account scheduling... Being busy 2-4 weeks every other month is painful. We are hired to do a full time job, but because of the crazy scheduling we are forced to take mandatory time off when it is slow. Not a very good business model.

Proper organization of client monthly's to diminish slow time that usually lasts a month and a half. Spreading out the clients orders throughout the month instead of the 1st two weeks of the month would help lessen the slow time mentioned.
