Interacting with our real estate agents and seeing their success through our platform, while also hearing other success stories from my co-workers and reaching our revenue goals each day, month, toward a great year.

We have daily stand up meeting via ZOOM where we do a fun team activity, and we select one different person everyday to lead it, and rotate based on who went last, picks who goes next and we've come up with a lot of great ways to stay close during quarantine. Everyone loves to help and works hard.
