What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a variable bonus plan that pays me on my performance - which is tied to the goals of the company's success.

The earning potential is great! As long as you're working hard, you're making the money. The benefits package is also a huge bonus as well as the PTO. It's really a 10/10!

We have daily stand up meeting via ZOOM where we do a fun team activity, and we select one different person everyday to lead it, and rotate based on who went last, picks who goes next and we've come up with a lot of great ways to stay close during quarantine. Everyone loves to help and works hard.
