I have a variable bonus plan that pays me on my performance - which is tied to the goals of the company's success.

There has never been one day where I felt like I "had" to go to work. Zero regret or unwillingness to give 100% to make a difference.

My total earnings. I've made more here at HomeLight than any other company I've ever worked for. Also I am hopeful that the stock options become incredibly valuable.
