What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and Independent but working on different tasks to accomplish our common objective.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the chance to meet a wide variety of people that are now my coworkers, giving me a glimpse into various teams at the company. I felt welcomed, excited, and challenged (in a good way!) from the start.

Interview is a two-way street. They needed to make a decision about my abilities and fit for the role, but they fully respected that I had to make a decision too. I had a broad panel of interviewers that enabled both sides to make decisions. Good use of time.

What do you like best about your company?
What I like best about the company is easy – it's the people I get to spend my days with. Not to mention that I genuinely feel like I'm making a difference by making homeownership a reality for regular people through our innovative products like HomeLight Cash Off
