What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our senior leaders live the corporate values. They're not kidding about "Be Part of Our Family" and "Work Hard, Ski Hard" -- they set fine examples and they empower and encourage every employee to contribute as a unique individual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our senior leaders live our corporate values. They genuinely empower us to bring our whole selves to work. Be your best self, be an individual, and contribute as only you can. So we all chip in toward common goals, and we have fun doing it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview is a two-way street. They needed to make a decision about my abilities and fit for the role, but they fully respected that I had to make a decision too. I had a broad panel of interviewers that enabled both sides to make decisions. Good use of time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a team of scrappy generalists. If a new key initiative needs support, we reallocate resources to get it done. It works for the betterment of the company, and for the career development of each employee. So we're all happy to do hard work on the big project, even if it's not our speciality.
