Wonderful direct supervisors and surprisingly great upper management too! Everyone is just so chill, yet so hard-working, and so excited about making this company better. This is just been the best work experience I've had and I still can't believe that I was able to be a part of this company.

My team is always willing to share knowledge and help you out, if the workload is getting a little crazy. However, I'm kind of a sensitive person, so I enjoy that everyone on my team is so kind and easy going.

The management team was actually very kind and understanding, and they were still that way once I joined the company. I was even having issues joining the video interview, but they were very understanding about it and didn't ghost me LOL.

Even though we all work remotely, management is awesome at promoting keeping in touch or just sharing laughter with everyone on our Slack channels. One of the best incentives I've seen is the use of Bonusly skips/points for us to give out to our coworkers.

They make it clear what they expect from everyone, but are very generous when it comes to giving praise too. I don't feel like they're waiting to punish you or waiting to make your life miserable because they're miserable. They also truly mean it when they say you can reach out to them anytime.
