What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonuses are open to sales team.
The best part is the equity.
Flexible workplace no in office requirement.
Virtually unlimited paid vacation, but even more importantly, you are actually encouraged to take time off and to rest. The work-life balance at this company is absolutely phenomenal!

I feel we should full PPO coverage, higher salaries, and larger equity grants

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great, diverse team. I'm always learning new things and bonding over shared interests.
My team is always willing to share knowledge and help you out, if the workload is getting a little crazy. However, I'm kind of a sensitive person, so I enjoy that everyone on my team is so kind and easy going.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The communication on our team is strained at best and causes many issues with working together. Everyone also doesn't have the right knowledge and/or skills to effectively do their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Driver support is the best
I can't blame the culture on everyone but the acceptance of toxic behavior from management is appalling.

A focus on skills assessment in addition to qualitative interviews
Talking to multiple people to learn more about the job.
That they had a number of team members in the interview process, to give a number of points of view.
Meeting so many people on the team
It took about 30 days to get through it and the communication was clear
