Driver support is the best
I can't blame the culture on everyone but the acceptance of toxic behavior from management is appalling.

The people care. They care about the work, each other, and making the company a great place to work. I haven't found any negative people dragging down the culture.

Even though we all work remotely, management is awesome at promoting keeping in touch or just sharing laughter with everyone on our Slack channels. One of the best incentives I've seen is the use of Bonusly skips/points for us to give out to our coworkers.

The open, collaborative nature of the work environment really makes all of the hard work enjoyable. The company hires carefully and does not tolerate egos or attitudes. Everyone I have spoke to and worked with thus far has been open, kind, and supportive.
There is a real focus on moving forward and improvement rather than looking backward and assigning blame. It feels extremely OK to have an idea, try it, check the data and find out it didn't work, and try a new idea. It's a good environment for fostering innovation.
