What did you like most about the interview process?
A focus on skills assessment in addition to qualitative interviews
Talking to multiple people to learn more about the job.
That they had a number of team members in the interview process, to give a number of points of view.

The company takes interviewing seriously. When mistakes are made, they own and correct them.
The management team was actually very kind and understanding, and they were still that way once I joined the company. I was even having issues joining the video interview, but they were very understanding about it and didn't ghost me LOL.
