The transparency, the leadership team makes you aware of how the company is doing and let's us know what is going well and what needs improvement.

They make it clear what they expect from everyone, but are very generous when it comes to giving praise too. I don't feel like they're waiting to punish you or waiting to make your life miserable because they're miserable. They also truly mean it when they say you can reach out to them anytime.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Virtually unlimited paid vacation, but even more importantly, you are actually encouraged to take time off and to rest. The work-life balance at this company is absolutely phenomenal!

Making sure that an employee's salary aligns with their growth within the company over time.

When I inquired about moving up I was told my manager didn't want to lose me. Not inspiring as this is not supportive of me and my growth. Many positions that could have been filled internally with promotions were hired externally. Compensation is not adequate and not equivalent with cost of living.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to share knowledge and help you out, if the workload is getting a little crazy. However, I'm kind of a sensitive person, so I enjoy that everyone on my team is so kind and easy going.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is available. We all support one another with answers to questions that may be affecting our work flow

Even though we all work remotely, management is awesome at promoting keeping in touch or just sharing laughter with everyone on our Slack channels. One of the best incentives I've seen is the use of Bonusly skips/points for us to give out to our coworkers.

It took about 30 days to get through it and the communication was clear

The management team was actually very kind and understanding, and they were still that way once I joined the company. I was even having issues joining the video interview, but they were very understanding about it and didn't ghost me LOL.
