Everyone has a sense of humor and gets along, but is still money-motivated and hungry for success. Basically, I can enjoy my time while also developing myself as a professional.

The sales management is transparent and at first stern, but it showed me that they care about the future success for the team and want strong, coachable people who they can make better.

We hang out all the time even though we rarely work in office. My manager takes us out on lunches, and we collaborate as a team on a regular basis on what we're experiencing/seeing success with.

Everything. I'm making good money, my benefits and stock options/401k are excellent, and I don't see Hotel Engine going anywhere but up. This is an excellent product and company and I wish more of my friends would take my word for it!
