The approach to hiring is thorough so that both the company and the employee ensure its not just a good fit but the best possible fit. Hiring team gives feedback which is incredibly helpful and gives you a glimpse into what it's really like to work with them, and what is expected of you.

Clean and straight to the point. No gotcha type questions, super upfront and cool.
The interview process was straight forward and honest. No gotcha questions no weird stuff, just a really chill and friendly process.
It was a easy interview. They asked basic questions. If you know your stuff, the technical questions are easy. One of the easier interviews I had.
