  • Actually pretty good, though as with many startups with lots of younger people, there's a big focus on team-building activities and other startup-based behavior.

  • Like many startups with lots of younger people in San Francisco, InfoScout is very fixated on an on-site culture with little provision for remote work except on a discretionary basis. This can be limiting for those who desire more flexible work arrangements.

  • Limited or arbitrary work-remote policy, with a fixation on onsite culture. This outdated workplace requirement is one a number of companies have put in place, usually to compensate for broken or chaotic practices. They have a great culture overall, but a bit more flexibility would help things for people other than young, unmarried singles.
