The work is awesome. Lots of learning perspective. The only thing bothers is never receive any explanation if I feel something is not correct. Leaders believe only direct managers. There is no meeting on how employees are feeling.

Leaders should be thinking more about the team instead of thinking about themselves. Rules should be the same for everyone.

The interviewer was very polite and he made me feel comfortable so that I can answer all the questions without hesitation.

Not able to understand the management. I never received any explanation for any activity in the team from the direct manager. All we get the to know is that leadership team has decided.

The amount of work and dedication I put as compared to others getting less paid and less increment with no explanation. No rewards and recognition in the team. I will feel better if we get any reward. Also explanation of increment percentage every year.
