The most positive thing about the culture at Innovien is how we celebrate and recoginize our employees. So many companies talk about rewarding their teams but Innovien makes it a focal point of their culture statement.

The commitment to the team and taking care of our people. We also have a lot of young moms and the flexibility and understanding our leadership has in supporting them is one of the best things about Innovien.

We all take care of each other. There really is a team first mentality at Innovien and its refreshing. I also love that we're all like-minded and high performing. You can always count on your teammates to come through for you and thats a huge win!
