Employees are focused on their jobs and working together towards one goal.
Crap. People are nasty and rude
Working at the warehouse is a nightmare, on a shoestring budget the company expects any and every order filled no matter how much time is given. I do the work of 3 people because they won't hire enough help, and why would they since they already have people willing to do the work. Turnover is high.
Unfortunately there is no work life balance as promoted, working days one month, working nights the next, and near impossible to get time off without calling out.
I love my job. It's challenging, creative, rewarding
