Leadership is invested in training, learning and development
They made me feel appreciated
Good and perfect in management
Experience, kindness, honest, intelligent, teamwork
Great place to work wth smart oeople
Distribution of information, taking care of it's people by giving them the resources that company policy dictates they provide. Less doublespeak and "be flexible"s and more action.
Eveeything but id start with making decisions based on data and market trends and not opinions.
care, passionate, available at any time supportive
Doing their job and stop defending protecting idiots
looking after the individuals that put all the hours in to get the results they need
I like the medical insurance cover
I work hard but get paid well
Total comp is on target
My compensation is fair and I know that the company will not deprive me from getting increase as long as I execute my role effectively.
My compensation was suddenly cut without warning the day before I went offshore. They have been hemorrhaging medics because of this. As of this writing, there is no replacement for me. I do not expect there to be one when I resign.
Need to seriously look into pay
I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid what prior staff was paid in my role going back many years.
They start everyone as temps to delay having to pay benefits. Raises are department based and don't even keep up with inflation, so you get the same as everyone else in your department. I was told to be happy I had the chance to work overtime to make more money. Starting pay is very low.
Paid properly and treated better
They are supportive with the client in mind
The production manager is incompetent, and will give advice to people he likes by saying "play dumb, that's what I do." Or, "steal that if you need it, they won't notice." People pass of incomplete work and dodge responsibilities, but why not, management doesn't hold anyone accountable.
The Coworkers in my department
Supportive team is the best
They will buy lunch when they feel bad for overworking you. They will buy snacks when they have a good reporting meeting with executives in China, the ones they answer to. You can wear headphones if you want to tune out the insanity of the environment that is a sinking ship, on fire, w/ no lifeboats
Nothing the culture is hostile
Employees are focused on their jobs and working together towards one goal.
New leadership. They are outdated.
More supportive management. Everything is a priority and if something isnt addressed with minutes you are hearing from upper management. A person can only make so many thing priority,
Open discussions, but they covered up the mess.
Interaction with multiple skill disciplines
They were willing to hire me, or anyone that would reliably come to work.
I like the fact that it wasn't easy to get hired. It took a bit of time for processing, pre-employment check, etc. This means that competency and sustainability is taken very seriously.

Challenge's, workloads, organisation, teamwork, my colleague's.
Frredom to do whats right for the client
What makes me happy is the value of my role. The difference I can make because of the services that we provide. Intl SOS as a whole. When you think about our services, it saves lives, protect people, help businesses save cost and take care of their people. It's a bridge to cover intangible gaps.
Low pay, high turnover, incompetent supervisors and managers with their head in the sand. If they had any oversight of the building they'd know they need to automate most of it and invest in replacing staff with high tech AI.
Stop workplace bullying and treat people better
