What's the work from home policy like at International SOS?
Work from home is not an option for operations staff at all. Outside of operations to work from home even one day a week requires CEO approval and is rarely if ever approved.
What should I wear for an interview at International SOS?
Professional dress attire.
How flexible is your work schedule at International SOS?
It is a 24/7 operation, and you are required to work both day shifts and night shifts. You are also required to work most holidays and have to switch between working three twelve hour shifts and five eight hour shifts.
How's the vacation policy at International SOS?
Amount of vacation provided is decent, 120 hours a year to start. Problem is, due to business need requests are always denied and vacation time is lost. They don’t pay out for it and don’t allow you to carry it over, so basically useless.
