great company, leadership needs to be more specific about what they are trying to do to achieve the goals they have set out. The company needs to be more responsive to what the clients want and not providing what they "think" they want. But a good place to work with solid coworkers and attitude.

good work environment, generally. I feel the pay is somewhat poor compared to the industry, and we have an seemingly very high number of executive leaders at Introhive. Also - need to focus more on correcting things in the system that clients have noted as issues.

I think the pay should be better - it seems to lag considerably behind industry standards and that is a cause of concern for me.
