The pay is very fair and the health insurance (medical, eye) is some of the best in the area (North Idaho).

I love what I do, so mostly just executing and accomplishing my goals for our clients. Also, working with the team that we have is great - it's like working with friends every day.

We take our time hiring to make sure every person will be a fit with the team. Our personalities are diverse but mesh well together and we do a lot of things outside of work together that helps build relationships.

The focus on personal growth. We have development meetings to learn how to grow professionally. We have book clubs together and talk about growing personally and at home, and we communicate with each other when we see an opportunity for growth.

The authentic interest in me as a person. The leadership team cares deeply about developing my professional skills AND growing me as a person. I've learned more about myself and am a better person to be around because I work at JEBCommerce.

I was in several interviews before I was hired. I liked meeting with different teams/people - each person brought a different viewpoint with different questions to each meeting. I also got to ask a lot of questions and learn a lot about the structure of the company before getting hired.
