Compensation at JEBCommerce is awesome. I assess this based on the average wage in this area and noting that the pay is much better than average. Especially when you consider the additional benefits on top of the annual salary.

JEB cares about employees and family. Although their pay structure aligns with a small town agency vs. a larger corporation, they provide a KILLER maternity leave package (for men and women) and allow for flexible work from home days.
