They make sure there's a healthy balance between work and play. Provide snacks for the office, and routine "Lunch & Learns" that give us an opportunity to eat a provided lunch together and learn a something new. The office culture is very open minded to how we can be constantly growing and evolving.

The collaboration. It might sound cliche, but it's truly a unique environment. I've worked in several other companies where this just doesn't exist. Team collaboration is so ingrained in the culture that it creates a positive environment for everyone.

Very little ego makes it through the company's doors. For example, if there's something wrong with a process, or a way we're doing things, it's encouraged to bring it up for discussion, regardless of who created the process or instituted the way of doing something.

Everyone has a desire to grow and learn, and to do their very best. There is a strong sense of team; We all work hard, but also have fun while doing so.

The way the leadership team cares and is willing to listen to what employees think. They have experienced good and bad phases as an organization and have truly learned from any past mistakes and work hard to makes sure they don't happen again.

The focus on personal growth. We have development meetings to learn how to grow professionally. We have book clubs together and talk about growing personally and at home, and we communicate with each other when we see an opportunity for growth.

It is cliche, but we work hard and play hard. Spirited games of foos ball/ping pong and nerf guns help to keep things loose. We really feel like a big family and everyone gets along well. We support each other and jump into help each other out.

Every team member here is valued, and you feel that way. I've never held a job before where I felt like I mattered, until I came to JEBCommerce.
