Open-door policy. Consistently available to help/answer questions. Everyone has a good sense of humor and rapport with one another. Overall I definitely feel supported by the team here at JEB across the board, executive team and peers.
The leadership team is always looking for better ways to support those in the day to day work. The mindset seems to be driven from a place that the employee's are the most important part of the company.
Their expectations are high, but are willing to provide the support to make sure goals are met.
