Open-door policy. Consistently available to help/answer questions. Everyone has a good sense of humor and rapport with one another. Overall I definitely feel supported by the team here at JEB across the board, executive team and peers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is ALWAYS open to new ideas and pivoting if something is not working. It's nice to be heard!

The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that we help each other with clients, while having fun.

They make sure there's a healthy balance between work and play. Provide snacks for the office, and routine "Lunch & Learns" that give us an opportunity to eat a provided lunch together and learn a something new. The office culture is very open minded to how we can be constantly growing and evolving.
The collaboration. It might sound cliche, but it's truly a unique environment. I've worked in several other companies where this just doesn't exist. Team collaboration is so ingrained in the culture that it creates a positive environment for everyone.

My interview process was fast.

That they made a point to make me feel at ease, and I was communicated with and encouraged throughout the process.
It was conversational and focused on culture fit first.
I liked how there were multiple steps to the interview process; it gave me a chance to interact and get to know each of the team members, and bring my expertise to the table in a fun and meaningful way.

What makes you most happy at work?
The positive work environment, upbeat coworkers, and snacks

The thing that makes me most happy at work is getting to spend time with my coworkers. I learn a lot from them. I love our random conversations and foosball games. I also enjoy how every day is different and I am constantly learning.

The potential to land a deal and how it would justify our efforts to be authentic and that our quality of service is being noticed.
I get to test new idea's and push my strengths beyond where I thought they could go. It isn't an environment where you can come in and punch a clock, you have to be engaged in your work every day. It is fulfilling to be able to put your own personality and strengths into each day.
