The work I do is valued and appreciated. My opinion is respected. Upper management is open to hearing feedback and making changes to company policies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is getting to spend time with my coworkers. I learn a lot from them. I love our random conversations and foosball games. I also enjoy how every day is different and I am constantly learning.
