I am new. Unfortunately, the onboarding is not very organized and there is a big "do it yourself" approach. To further complicate things, the IT department is outsourced and really quite bad. This can make getting yourself going in your new job difficult. Now after 4 mos, I am enjoying the people.

They could stand to be more committed to earning the revenue we need. However, the company could encourage this through variable compensation tied to performance for sales people.

As a sales person, the commission plan is well below industry. The benefits could me much better and the IT department is the very worst I have ever seen. I believe IT does very little to make our jobs easier.
