Kantar Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Genuinely cares about his employees, has a strong backbone and fantastic commercial acumen. Is not intimidated by talent but puts them in places where they can shine.

What impresses me most from the leadership team is how they motivate and develop employees to achieve more than they could have envisioned. They inspire a culture that empowers creativity in team-building and strategies in reaching the company's goals. Besides, they lead by example, and that itself

they are very cooperative and supportive

Friendly. Good leadership. All staff are treated the same.

Good communication and assistance to employees

Transparency, Commitment, Leadership, Focused and Driven

I trust them and their direction

They care about employees as much as they care about the business

They work as them level best

nice and supportive ppl and boss

experience, caring, innovative - great people

The best in class team who has high respect for human values.

approachable, collaborative, gender equality, supportive

They are very supportive and allow for growth in new and junior employees, ok to make mistakes as they encourage trying no matter what.

Team is supportive and helpful

Will answer questions asked anytime

ability to motivate people and involve providing clear visiblity of existing status and next steps

Accessible, hardworking, visible, communicative, empathetic and smart

Transparent, new policies to benefit employees

Honest and fair also firm on beliefs and values

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our local team needs to have a clear strategical perspective, be clear and transparent in communication

Listening to staff at the grass roots

The leadership team right now (all newer people with very little research background) should resign to allow for another team to take over.

Give out Bonuses to their employees for their hard work

Empower others. Leadership of Divisions and the company has been operating in a very autocratic style.

Taking responsibility for the business. Offshoring and staff cuts have gutted the US staff & resulted in more work and less positive results
