What is the best part about your compensation package?

Secondary benefits are good. Bonus is low but salary much higher than competitors in similar industry.

The best thing in the remuneration package is the fact that benefits are all-inclusive, ranging from salaries, which are normally very competitive, to health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses. As the cost of living is going up, the company should also review the wages of workers on contract.

Employees should be valued with shares, or other benefit with increasing rates and interest
