Warehouse worker: Stressful job, hectic pace, unsociable hours, no benefits, no healthcare, no contract, no sick pay, poor work to life balance. Any mention of these things will get you fired where i work.

My team in the warehouse are great as they get the job done every day despite having poor outdated equipment, poor wages, constantly changing rosters, disrespectful team leads and management, and earning half what admins do to print pick lists.

I could't say there is a positive culture at K+N Unit 5 Dublin. Its more of a do what your told, don't ask for anymore than you're getting or you're fired culture. Warehouse workers are treated like children and threatened with dismissal frequently.

I work for K+N through an agency which affords them the right to let me go at any given minute they choose, for any reason they like and I have absolutely no rights if they do. I didn't do an interview and was not formally trained, just expected to do the job or they get someone else.
