The people that I work with, they generally keep to themselves with their music or earbuds in. When a conversation breaks out, it's usually not work focused but people are around for that kind of discussion. They're generally good people and I enjoy working with them.

There is no micromanagement on my team. We're given tasks, if we need help, we can ask. If there's issues, it's expected mistakes will happen. The drive is based on your own capabilities and your own work ethic.

I work for K+N through an agency which affords them the right to let me go at any given minute they choose, for any reason they like and I have absolutely no rights if they do. I didn't do an interview and was not formally trained, just expected to do the job or they get someone else.
