Pay as per market equivalents and in parity with the market. Current payments well below market standards. Good people will move away.

More resources and less urgency. Less administrative red tape and paperwork. There is no time for home life or a life outside of work. There is no separation.

The people that I work with, they generally keep to themselves with their music or earbuds in. When a conversation breaks out, it's usually not work focused but people are around for that kind of discussion. They're generally good people and I enjoy working with them.

Need morale boosting, more teansparency sboyt decisions and a less toxic team lead

More interaction and open for suggestions together as a team

I think we should find a way to make group actions and we all feel we are together

Employees need to mind their business and remember we are all here to work. There is drama in every office but it is worse here. Even if you stay quiet and avoid drama, you will always get dragged into something one way or another.

Lots of people to meet and good starter company

There is no micromanagement on my team. We're given tasks, if we need help, we can ask. If there's issues, it's expected mistakes will happen. The drive is based on your own capabilities and your own work ethic.

Communication each step of the process

I work for K+N through an agency which affords them the right to let me go at any given minute they choose, for any reason they like and I have absolutely no rights if they do. I didn't do an interview and was not formally trained, just expected to do the job or they get someone else.
