With my time at Kuehne-Nagel, they value culture above all else. It's a flexible environment where you can somewhat set your own hours within a certain range. There are hybrid work from home schedules. The biggest issue within the company is a lack of communication.

The management team cares and works internally to ensure that the needs of the company are met while meeting a good balance between work and home life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no micromanagement on my team. We're given tasks, if we need help, we can ask. If there's issues, it's expected mistakes will happen. The drive is based on your own capabilities and your own work ethic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that I work with, they generally keep to themselves with their music or earbuds in. When a conversation breaks out, it's usually not work focused but people are around for that kind of discussion. They're generally good people and I enjoy working with them.
