Lots of people to meet and good starter company

There is no micromanagement on my team. We're given tasks, if we need help, we can ask. If there's issues, it's expected mistakes will happen. The drive is based on your own capabilities and your own work ethic.

Good culture and moderate environment. Can do better to motivate employees what other companies do. Lacks excitement

I could't say there is a positive culture at K+N Unit 5 Dublin. Its more of a do what your told, don't ask for anymore than you're getting or you're fired culture. Warehouse workers are treated like children and threatened with dismissal frequently.

The managers try to keep you motivated and stick around if you are on overtime
