It's refreshing to see how nice everyone is. Even under pressure, no one is angry.
They are kind. It spills down from the top. The attitude is so positive. It makes me want to give them my best.
They are kind. They are mindful. They are respectful. I come from advertising, and I used to work in NYC -- so it's very refreshing for me to see how kind they are. No egos.
Everything is amazing. Pay could be higher (I could be be earning 15% more in NYC), but they make up for it with benefits, kindness, work-life balance, bonuses, 401K, discounts, and quality of life. I'd still take this job over one NYC that pays 20% more.
It start at the top. They always encourage a good work-life balance. They care about their people. Just the other day there was a townhall on covid practices, and of course there were 2 or 3 people anonymously complaining -- HR was kind in how they explained that these were state mandates, etc.
It was always positive. You could see how kind everyone was. It was fair. They wanted to see how well I would perform, and gave me an assignment. I like that they did that. Because at the end of the day, here is my best, and if you think it's good enough, then let's collaborate.
