The culture has always been very family focused and employee driven. It has changed in recent years, but many employees stay at the company for decades.
1. Enhance Communication: Improving communication across all levels of the organization is crucial. Creating more open channels for feedback and dialogue can help employees feel heard and valued. Regular team meetings and one-on-ones would encourage transparency and build trust.

It was not an exceptional process but there were only 3 interviews. I've had to have up to 9 in recent years!
What I liked most about the interview process was that it was conducted through FaceTime. This format allowed for a more personal and engaging interaction, making it easier to connect with the interviewers. Knowing I'm building something for family members to bond in the future, Lego is more than a toy. It's opportunity for mothers and daughters, fathers, and sons to bond and focus on one goals of not just billing an object but building relationship. Building trust and building awareness of each other.
