Wellbeing culture, volunteering culture, always wanting to improve engahement (all positive)

We all work on making one the most recognizable and loved products in the world

fun and full of love, good interaction with the customers

The culture has always been very family focused and employee driven. It has changed in recent years, but many employees stay at the company for decades.

Customers and break room fun

We're working for kids forst and foremost and we're a toy company. Play is litterally part of our job.

Inclusive, supportive and encouraging environment.

The openness and helpfulness of people

Never ending continues improving and focus

The love of harry potter Legos

It start at the top. They always encourage a good work-life balance. They care about their people. Just the other day there was a townhall on covid practices, and of course there were 2 or 3 people anonymously complaining -- HR was kind in how they explained that these were state mandates, etc.

Attitude of celebration and joy

Good work-life balance. Understanding that you need to function as a whole person. Lots of understanding when my child is sick. Encouragement.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

1. Enhance Communication: Improving communication across all levels of the organization is crucial. Creating more open channels for feedback and dialogue can help employees feel heard and valued. Regular team meetings and one-on-ones would encourage transparency and build trust.
